    This is so true about slowed weight loss after about 3 months.. in fact, I even gained a few pounds. However, my body began to remodel itself. I had very thin legs and no rear-end from years of a bad diet and diabetes. My adrenals were shot and from what I’ve read, my body began eating my muscles. Now my legs and rear-end are filling out. I love it! I have a butt again! And now, into my fifth month of keto, I am losing again.
